Comes Now Titanic
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.

Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,

There is no separation of powers in the Godhead. The Father, Son and Holy Spirit is not like our president, Congress and judicial branch. Why? Because the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is truly One; unlike the government of man, which may espouse unity but must be kept separate by the upholding of our Constitution to prevent abuse. Only Godly or God-fearing men would have known an…d incorporated this knowledge at the founding of our nation. I believe our forefathers knew the depravity of man, and given the opportunity, men would abuse their power; such had been the pattern of men since the beginning.
l am grateful though that God sovereignly limits the mischief of men. No matter how pervasive evil is throughout the world today, there is restraint and a restrainer, although one day the restrainer shall be removed. O, what a mournful day that will be when the restrainer is removed, and the powers and principalities of an unseen host of fallen angels are loosed and left unbounded to execute the final closing days of civilization. Until then, we should earnestly pray; not for ourselves who are sheltered in Christ, but for those who have yet to come into that shelter. O, who will be the last one that enters and upon their entrance, the door will close as Lot’s did in Sodom and Gomorrah. And what of those, who in Noah’s time, did not believe what was warned. How foolish were those men when even the animals, when bid, came by twos; male and female together.
America was once an ark to men; Christian in its influences and compassionate. Men understood through the Bible the importance of law, and in its upholding. This is what led to the preservation and the blessing of America as a people for over four hundred years. One nation, under God… in Whom we trust. Why? Because there is no separation of powers in the Godhead; such is not needed for in our triune God there is no darkness or shadow of turning. He is the same, yesterday and tomorrow. However, it is vitally important for us to uphold the rule of law in our land… all laws, which serve as a restraint against evil, and which left unattended, infringes upon our liberty to worship, speak and live as free men.
If not, what was once an ark, comes now Titanic.
