I am not usually inclined to argue Christianity from the viewpoint of ‘generally accepted Christian apologetics’ as accountants would cite generally accepted accounting principles. Why? I have found such arguments often leads those –  who may accept the apologetic – to mere intellectual assent. The argument may not affect the heart and will of the hearer. Now, that does not mean that I don’t have such tools as Christian apologetics in my armory. Indeed, may the Lord arm us with all sort of weapons, but in the final analysis, the Father is the one who draws the sinner to the Cross – by and through His Spirit in accordance with His divine will.
